Terms of Use (Public Offer)

This page is a document in the nature of a Public Offer that defines the terms of use and ordering for Video Studio, AI Dubbing, and business document services on the GPT.AZ platform. By confirming an order and making a payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and the specific terms of the selected service.

1. About the service provider

GPT.AZ — is a digital service of “ORİJİNAL AZ” LLC.

2. Subject of service

GPT.AZ provides the following digital services through artificial intelligence and other digital tools:

• Video Studio: video creation based on text, audio, images, and other materials;
• AI Dubbing: transcription, translation, voiceover, subtitling of video or audio, and creation of the final media file;
• Business documents: business plans, financial models, startup, tender, grant, and project packages, as well as a separate AI committee-style review in selected packages.

The scope of the service, selected features and packages, price, provided file formats, and other commercial terms are displayed on the service or payment screen before ordering. The user confirms the order and payment after reviewing this information.

3. Order and payment

The order is accepted for execution after user confirmation and successful payment completion. Online card payments are processed via Epoint ("Global Innovations" LLC) infrastructure.

The final amount displayed on the order screen is the amount to be paid by the user. If payment fails, the order is not considered paid.

4. User obligations

• having the right to use the text, images, videos, logos, music, and other materials provided;
• not to provide unlawful, misleading, infringing on third-party rights, or harmful content;
• protect the security of account and login information;
• having the necessary consent to use individuals' voices, likenesses, and personal data;
• verify the text, language, voice, duration, document details, and other parameters before confirming the order;
• verify the AI output for factual, legal, financial, and compliance accuracy before publication, presentation, or formal submission.

5. Service outcome and right of use

The user is granted the right to use the video, audio, subtitles, PDF, DOCX, ZIP, or other final digital result delivered for a fully paid order for lawful purposes. The rights to third-party materials may be limited by the license and terms of use of those respective materials. Artificial intelligence outputs may not be fully exclusive, and similar results may be generated for other users.

6. AI-generated content

AI-generated results may contain factual, textual, mathematical, translation, visual detail, or pronunciation errors. The user must review the final material prior to publication, commercial use, and official presentation.

An AI committee-style review is not the decision of a real committee, government body, bank, investor, or human expert. GPT.AZ does not guarantee sales, views, clicks, funding, winning tenders or grants, startup certification, or any other official outcome.

7. Cancellation, refund, and technical issues

8. Specific terms for services

Separate terms of service exist for Video Studio, AI Dubbing, and each business document package, explaining the scope of deliverables, user responsibilities, and specific limitations. If there is a discrepancy between general terms and special terms regarding a specific service, the special terms for that service shall apply.

9. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any emerging issues through communication and mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
