Provision of Digital Service

GPT.AZ provides digital services. Therefore, the delivery of the product is conducted electronically, and physical courier or postal delivery is not applicable.

1. Service delivery method

The generated result for an order is delivered in the user's account or via the corresponding service interface. Depending on the service, the result can be downloaded as MP4/video, audio, subtitles, PDF, DOCX, ZIP, or another specified digital format, or opened within the project.

2. Execution period

Processing time depends on the size of the media and document, the selected feature and package, the response time of artificial intelligence and other technical providers, and server load. Whenever possible, the system displays the current status of the order in the interface.

3. Access after payment

Upon successful payment, the paid result of the service is linked to the user's account. If the payment is confirmed but the result is not visible, the user should contact support with the order/transaction ID.

4. Technical issue

If payment is successful but the service cannot be provided due to technical reasons, GPT.AZ will make every effort to resolve the issue, redeliver the result, or offer a solution in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy depending on the circumstances.

5. Technical requirements on the user side

A stable internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required to use the service. Processing some media files may require sufficient device memory and browser permissions.
