KOBİA Startup Package — Terms of Service
These special terms apply to orders under the “KOBİA Startup Package” service and Public Offer Read in conjunction with. Version: 2026-10-01. Subsequent changes do not apply retroactively to previous orders.
1. Parties and Contact
Service provider: “ORİJİNAL AZ” LLC, TIN 3105493771. Address: Absheron district, Khirdalan city, Zardabi house 8, apt 8A. Contact: info@gpt.az, +994 55 266 92 50. The customer is an individual or legal entity ordering services from their account.
2. Subject of the Service and Deliverable
Structure your project for a startup certificate application, and identify document and evidence gaps in advance.
- Description of innovation and commercial potential
- Business plan, presentation structure, and document list
- Readiness assessment against criteria and AI review
The result is editable document content generated via AI and PDF/DOCX exports provided in the system. Signed official documents, certificates, legal representation, and human expert services are not included in this package.
3. Order and pricing
Launch price: 249 ₼. This is a special introductory price for the new platform and is a one-time payment for the selected package. The final amount on the order screen is shown before confirmation. There are no automatic subscriptions or recurring charges. Once Epoint confirms the payment, the service is activated on the account; no payment is required for free accounts.
4. Execution and submission
Execution begins once the data is entered and the generation process is launched. Processing time depends on the workload, queue, and status of technical providers; no fixed minute promise is made. Successful results are delivered in the personal account or on the protected project page. In case of technical errors or unopened/blank results, contact support with the order number. The system reviews the possibility of re-execution or defect remediation.
5. Information provided by the customer
Entrepreneurship status, product novelty, market need, business model, and evidence. Obtain the latest version of official forms from KOBİA. The customer is responsible for data accuracy and the authority to submit it. Do not enter confidential access keys, card details, or unnecessary personal data. Information belonging to third parties must only be submitted with legal grounds.
6. Service-specific limitations
GPT.AZ is not a structural division, official representative, or certificate-issuing authority of KOBİA. The package is a documentation preparation service. The decision on eligibility for and issuance of the certificate rests with the authorized body. The application, signature, TIN, founding documents, and other official documents are provided by the applicant; the application is not submitted automatically by GPT.AZ. Current forms and criteria must be checked on the official website of KOBİA.
Errors and defects may occur in AI results. This warning does not waive GPT.AZ's obligation to provide the paid service in the agreed scope or statutory consumer rights.
7. Cancellation, defects, and refund
If execution has not started, submit a cancellation request; if confirmed that execution has not begun, the payment will be fully refunded. Empty files, inaccessible results, duplicate charges, and failures of agreed-upon functionality will be investigated. If defects are not rectified or the service is not provided, applicable legislation and Refund Policy the refund issue is settled based on this. Once execution has started, a mere change of mind does not automatically trigger a refund; legal rights of withdrawal and other statutory rights are reserved. The bank's processing time for refunds depends on the provider.
8. Privacy and usage rights
Project data may be processed through hosting and AI/processing providers to deliver the service. Providers may be located abroad. Detailed terms In the Privacy Policy is displayed. Personal projects are not published as public examples without separate consent. You may use the final result for lawful business purposes; third-party rights and the potentially non-exclusive nature of AI outputs must be taken into account.
9. Inquiries and Disputes
In your initial request, please send the order number, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution to info@gpt.az; do not send your full card number or PIN/password. Applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. The right of recourse to competent authorities and the courts is not restricted.
