This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when using the GPT.AZ service and for what purposes it is used.
1. Data controller
Party responsible for data processing: "ORİJİNAL AZ" LLC (TIN: 3105493771), address: Absheron district, Khirdalan city, Zardabi house 8, apt 8A.
2. Data that may be collected
- Account information: name, email address, and account-related identification details;
- Project and order details: text, prompts, and instructions; uploaded images, audio, video, and documents; selected voice, language, format, and other project parameters;
- Business information: plan, financial assumptions, budget, tender and grant requirements, provided supporting evidence, and other data entered for document preparation;
- Technical specifications: IP address, technical information about browser and device, security and service logs;
- Payment status: transaction status, amount, and details necessary for order association.
3. Card details
Card number, CVV/CVC, and full card credentials are not stored on GPT.AZ servers. Card payment data is processed via the secure infrastructure of the payment provider.
4. Purpose of Data Use
- provision of video, dubbing, transcription, translation, voice, subtitle, and business document services;
- management of accounts and projects;
- payment confirmation and financial accounting;
- technical support, security, and abuse prevention;
- improving service quality and functionality.
5. Service providers
Where necessary for the operation of the service, a limited portion of data may be transferred to technical partners providing hosting, artificial intelligence, transcription, translation, audio/video and document processing, file storage, and payment services. Suppliers may be located outside of Azerbaijan and may process data in another country. Sharing is carried out only to the extent necessary for the provision and security of the selected service.
6. Retention and deletion
Account, project, and output files are retained for the period necessary to provide the service and allow user access to the workspace; operational and financial records are retained for the period required by law; and security logs are retained for a reasonable period to investigate abuse. To delete account and project data that is not legally required to be retained, the user may use the deletion function in their account or contact info@gpt.az.
7. Cookies
The website may use technical cookies for login sessions, security, saving preferences, and enabling core functionalities.
8. User's right to appeal
You can contact info@gpt.az to request information regarding your personal data, rectify incorrect information, and request its deletion where permitted by legislation.
