Payment and Security

During card payments, essential payment details are processed not by GPT.AZ, but through the secure infrastructure of a specialized payment provider.

1. Payment provider

Epoint ("Global Innovations" LLC) is used to process online card payments on the GPT.AZ website. Epoint is listed in the payment organizations registry of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan as a licensed provider for payment transaction acquiring activities.

2. Processing of card details

Card number, CVV/CVC, and other sensitive card details are not stored on GPT.AZ's own servers. The user enters card information in the payment provider's secure payment interface.

3. Supported cards

According to official Epoint information, payments can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro cards issued by Azerbaijani and international banks. Available methods for a specific transaction are displayed on the checkout page.

4. Security measures

The payment page must operate over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Depending on the bank and card system, additional security verification, including 3-D Secure, may apply.

5. Failed or uncertain transaction

If the payment appears unsuccessful, it is recommended to check your bank account and order status before making consecutive repeat payments for the same order. If funds have been deducted but the service is not activated, please contact info@gpt.az with your order and transaction details.
